What Is ChatGPT?
The future is here.
AI technology has exponentially evolved during the last months.
Today I'll share with you the test I did with ChatGPT, but first, let's have a quick look on what is it.
ChatGPT is a large language model chatbot developed by OpenAI. It's trained on a vast amount of text data and can generate human-like text, answer questions and complete a large variety of tasks.
So, why not relate ChatGPT with Project Management?
I did a simple question:
What is the best Project Management methodology? Please create a table and compare. Give a winner.
This Is the Answer
What I got is interesting.
Let's see the first part, where the AI creates a table comparing the different methodologies, as requested.
ChatGPT identifies Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and Kanban as the most popular ones. It also provides a brief description, pros and cons for each one.
The second part of the answer is even better.
The key point here is my request "Give a winner". This way I'm pushing to get a specific answer.
But, it's amazing how ChatGPT instead of giving me a winner, manages to explain the best fit for each methodology.
The closing part for me is the best. I totally agree on the fact that the best methodology is not the most used, but the one that fits the best.
